A group of behaviours in which an individual, group or organization uses computer technology and electronic communication to harass another individual, group, or organization. Such behaviours can include threatening, false accusations, identity theft, abusing, attacks on data or equipment, computer monitoring, solicitation of minors for sexual purposes and any form of agression.
